My approach
I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, combining evidence-based practices with mindfulness and the mind-body connection. With specialized experience in treating anxiety, OCD, and relationship issues, my goal is to help you understand the deeper layers of your experiences—thoughts, emotions, and beliefs—and equip you with the tools to heal from within. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), paired with a more comprehensive “inside-out” methodology to help you gain mastery over your patterns.
